OE54 was founded on the belief that facilitating sustainable economic development through commerce and education is the United States’ most effective foreign policy mechanism.

OE54 is a service disabled veteran owned business (SDVOB) founded to provide logistics and operations services to the US government’s missions across Africa. OE54’s leadership team has operated in the telecommunications, renewable energy, oil and gas, real estate and transportation industries.

Our team has been operating in Africa since 1993, these decades of work have provided a foundation for active business relationships with local governments, capital sources, human capital pools and trusted local partners. We are committed to supporting and helping our partners realize Africa’s bright future from our offices in Cape Town, Luanda, Belgrade and San Francisco.
